  Process the paperwork to market your home in a timely manner
     Enter your home on the Ottawa Real Estate Board Multiple Listing Service.
     Put a sign up in front of your home.
     Install a lock box, usually on your front door.
     Take wide-angled photographs of the exterior and interior of the home
     Produce elaborate feature sheets and deliver them to your home.
     Put your home, its highlight sheet and its photos on the Amyotte Group website.
     Put your home and its photos on the Ottawa Real Estate Board website.
     Where possible, ask you to check the MLS® listing and Highlight Sheet for possible (but rare) inaccuracies or errors before everything is finalized.
     Either we or the Keller Williams office will contact you for showings

Reports from us

If you are on the internet and check your e-mail regularly:
1. You will be e-mailed whenever a home comparable to yours in your area comes on the market, so that you will know what is your home’s competition.
2. You will be e-mailed whenever a home comparable to yours in your area is sold, so that you will know what is your competitive price.
3. You will be e-mailed with feedback from many of the agents who show your home.

If you are not on the internet:
You will receive the same information by telephone and/or voice mail.

If ever you want or need to speak to a member of our group, you just call
237-5996 or any other number you have for us, and we will be there during
office hours, and reachable outside of office hours.
